I got a questioner by email asking a lot of weird questions like "why work for a startup instead of an established company" "Take a look at our core values. Which do you like the most. Which do you think you could improve in?" Very weird and a waste of my time. They don't even have the courtesy to reply after the questionnaire. If you can answer well sappy emotional questions, do apply, otherwise, don't waste your time.
