Phone interview followed by an in-person interview at their office. They gave me a tour of their office and we talked over my resume while viewing my portfolio site. They followed up with an email.

Started with multiple phone interviews the followed by a single in person interview with the ownership and manager. They seemed to want/expect a lot from one person. Things that were apparent in the phone interviews we overlooked during the in person interview.

I submitted my resume and they called me to schedule the interview within the week. Walked in and spoke with the Art Director. he was very laid back and seemed almost uninterested from the very beginning. I asked to pull up my portfolio to speak to each project, he did not ask.
