Sourcer reached out to me on LinkedIn, we did a screen and then I did a Zoom with the hiring manager. While I didn’t get to move forward, I have to say the Sourcer was fantastic. In a time where layoffs are happening far and wide and there is so much uncertainty in the job market; I mean she really made me feel like the only candidate in the room.
