In person meet supervisor interview, I was offered job on the spot and they offered fair but low pay but job duties low key midnight shift, and was sent straight to HRI informed them of all medication I was taking and provided all documentations for all of my prescriptions. I had over 3 1/2 years clean. I was clean for my urinalysis, but they decided to resend my offer because they didn’t approve at their program of a particular medication being prescribed because it’s not federally mandated. It was not any scheduled substance either. This I feel is total discrimination against medically ill potential employees that have a mental disease or disorder that they are receiving this medication through a prescription from a physcian.
