Entrevista
The Process took 5 days. First they gave an online Java MCQ of 10 Question it was very Easy(Not up to the mark, one can easily score 9/10 or 10/10 ). Then after 3 days they called for F2F round. Firstly a advertising Clip of Western Union(PR Job) was shown then there was a small validation online test.(4 randomly selected Questions from previous Online test). Then came the F2F round where i faced a panel of 3 Hiring managers who didn't had any idea about technology simply picking up words from my CV and asking questions and interrupting between answers. One specific guy(45-50 in age) was showing as he is a technology expert even though he didn't had any idea about Java,Spring Hibernate,It was laughable. Western Union should get serious about Hiring technical person if they want to be a FINTECH company. Whole process was not More than a PR opportunity for them and waste of time. Even though i got the offer i declined as i doubt about their Project Management capabilities. I am happy with my current organization in every sense .
