1st Interview was a face2face interview, 2nd interview is the phone interview. for the 1st interview, it was a quick one, it is less than 20 minutes. Most of the questions is about work ethic and your behavior, not so much on your work experience. I thought I would never get until the 2nd interview. for the 2nd interview is taking almost an hour. The question is much related to your work experience and a few your behavior and attributes.
