Interview consisted of a phone screen, online assessment, and in-person interview. Unlike other assessments I've heard about, after I submitted my assessment, the Talent Team went over my answers with me, asking what made me choose the answers I chose. After the assessment and after listening to my explanations for the answers I chose, I was asked about a position that was different to the one I originally was being considered for. This alternative I was offered was one I was sure would be a great fit and so be sure to try to give whoever you speak with as much information about your thought processes when you are asked about your answers after the assessment. They really listen and they know what each role is all about and they try hard to match you with something you will like. After the post-assessment phone interview, I was offered an in-person interview some days later. The in-person interview was a relaxed one. I was given ample time to explain my background, asked if I understood the role and what a typical day would look like, as well as a few other things. I feel that at this interview, the emphasis was on capacity to excel at the role, as well as "fit".
