Took 3 tests passed all of them 2 logic and 1 SQL skills test Was told they would bring me in for a 2nd interview after several emails telling me the process was taking a little longer the email just stopped, no idea why no word or anything.

Filled out their website application for the position and as part of this process there is a logic quiz. Once this was completed I was contacted for an appointment. They make it seem as if this is an interview, but this appointment really is not. I arrived at their building and went inside. I was greeted by a receptionist who had me fill out an old school paper application. I also had to take another computer logic test. Once this was complete I was asked to wait around to speak with someone in HR. The HR person asked me to go through the answers on my logic quiz and explain how I came up with the answers. I was then told some very basic information about their company and was given the opportunity to ask them questions. I was told that they would contact me if I made it to the next round. I decided not to proceed with the interviewing at this point. The reason is because I thought they had a very old school work culture and environment. I felt that their recruiting process was designed for minimum wage employees, where they need to weed through large volumes of candidates in order to make a selection. I wasn't sure I wanted to work at a place like that.
