First step was a phone interview with the Sales Manager then an in person interview with Sales Manager and HR. I was supposed to interview with the CEO but that was cancelled and instead a met with a sales rep. I was verbally made an offer by the sales manager and I accepted. I was then called back and the offer was rescinded because the CEO of Scott & Fetzer (parent company) did not approve. They reason I was given was he didn't approve of the base salary THEY offered me. Run from this highly unethical company! Would you want to work for someone who micromanages each division of Scott & Fetzer?
