Simple, wanted someone who has had experience with iOS or Mac diagnosing/repairing, no qualifications are necessary, you have to be passionate about Apple products and are willing to work under heavy workloads as there is more than just repairing Apple products, customers skills, calling customers and Apple, and general administration work skills will be helpful
