I applied in early August and a video interview took place in mid September. If you go to next round there is an in person event at headquarters where they have a presentation about the company, FAQ and a group activity. Show up well groomed and be sociable (and smile!); applicants were all so kind to meet. I think for the group activity they were looking for problem solving, leadership style and how you interact with your group. The next round is virtual interview of very standard and behavioural interview questions and an opportunity for you to ask any questions as well. The three stages took about 2-3 weeks, which I think is very efficient of the company. If successful you are placed in a pool until training spots open up. The team at WestJet were very real and transparent about the job (since most of them did start out as cabin crew) and I'm excited to work with the team.

Very well managed interview process. Started with a virtual interview where you record your answers, followed by a recruitment event, and finishing with a video call with an interviewer. The Westjet staff were always relatable and the whole experience was really exciting.
