I showed up and was escorted to a more private room after a few minutes. I was asked some relatively basic questions - nothing too hard. She was polite and punctual.

Entrevista
I arrived 15 min early to fill out a paper application which included a few references and previous positions. I interviewed with one hiring manager which was set up by Vaco Recruiting Agency. Vaco was extremely helpful with interview prep questions. Vaco is located in the Tampa Bay area. I was interviewed in an conference room setting one on one; more than half the 20min interview was reviewing skills from my resume. Also elaborating on job duties and experiences. When the interview concluded I was offered the position.
