The interview process was easy and informative. They asked simple usual interview questions just to get to know your experience with retail and customer service and my background in design.

After a few rounds of conversations, a design assignment done pro bono, and an initial offer, they ghosted me. I didn't have a positive experience, though I expected that I might have an experience like this from such a large company.
