they will take anyone, they are just pretending it is an interview, they really do not care at all as long as you will work like a zombie in the hope of getting paid. truly, i left this company a stone thinner because you were excited if you had gotten paid, they would trick you out of at least £100 a paycheck often more than that. The interviews are really nothing to worry about, a lot of people have this as their first job, as did I, so they won’t be looking for any experience just your ability to speak to people and remembering some rules about fundraising that are very simple. They also ask you to make the pitch during training, also super easy so don’t worry!

After passing a very simple phone interview you are put onto a day of training that functions as an interview. I thought it was cheeky that they did this as it would be a lot of work to do if you werent offered a job at the end of it.
