I was already a current employee, and requested an interview to be a manager. It took a bit of pushing my at the time managers to "approve" my "skills" and ability to be a manager before they requested the district managers come to and interview me for the position.
Easy and prepare for behavioural questions. Also about your previous experience in food industry. I was asked about the availability too if you drive and how soon can you start working
Easy process to interview with wendys. Worked there throughout high school and college. Great company to work for. Would be a good first job for any kids looking to make some extra money.

Short, straight to the point, only asked about my location, hour and day preference, and the one major request was to not bring drama into the workplace. Asked about previous experience as well.
