I was contacted through their staffing agency. Was interviewed by the staffing agent and was made an offer. Met with the franchise owner two days later and was made the final offer and accepted the position.

Multiple step interview process with both the GM and District management. Asking about experience and availability. The interviews are pretty easy and not very formal. It does help to dress nicely though.
