The interview was not particularly long. I had called in on my local Wendy's hiring open door to schedule an interview. Upon walking in they told me that working at their store would require me to shave my beard. They offered no alternative such as a beard net or similar precaution.
I understand a desire to promote a clean workspace but, and this may seem petty on my part, my beard is very important to my self-esteem and my identity. I would have gladly worn a beard net or even kept it very short if need be.
They said the beard would have to go so I politely thanked them for their time and left.

Manager did not show up despite scheduling the interview a week prior. The entire management seemed completely unorganized and the workers had no idea what was going on or where their manager was. The lack of clarity was astounding and unprofessional.
It was fine and easy and didn’t take much time. I was done within a small time period of 10 minutes and no more than 20 minutes. I declined the offer for a better job
It was pretty straightforward and easy. They ask the same basic questions as every other job. Just be honest and give them any previous work experience you have and you'll ace it.
