I was selected by a recruiter to participate in the first part of the process, a 30-minute call. We where supposed to e-meet yesterday at 2pm. The recruiter did not connect in time. After a while (and after 2 emails from my side) he connected and informed me that there was an issue with the internet. I would not mind doing the interview a bit later, but I had another call at 3pm and did not want to rush things, so we rescheduled for today at 3pm. The recruiter did not show up again, and did not respond to my emails as well. A heads up for the delay would be nice. Overall I feel like I wasted my time and/or that I was unlucky enough to be appointed to or selected by this recruiter. Maybe try and monitor the recruitement process a bit?

They didn't ask me many questions about the role itself (like giving examples on specific situations). They mostly asked me about my background, previous jobs, where I am located, languages I speak and so on.
I had two interviews in a space of a month. They didn't respect the timeline they gave me and didn't keep me updated either. I was basically ghosted.
Nothing new about that, but it bothers me specially because I knew I wouldn't have time off during Christmas if I was offered the role - so I postponed my family plans for that reason (to avoid losing money or disappointing anyone).
In the end, I’ve decided to go ahead with my original plans. Honestly, if they don’t respect their candidates, they shouldn’t expect us to put our lives on hold.
