4 interviews in total, plus an exam after the first interview (you will only be subsequently interviewed if you pass the exam). Read the exam instructions carefully. The first two interviews were with Welocalize only, while the last two were with members of their client. Since Welocalize wants to provide the best talent for their client, they are motivated to help you succeed for the final two interviews; so I would recommend asking questions during the Welocalize-only interviews (even emailing them in-between) to help prep you for the client interviews. Also, remember to read the exam instructions carefully.
Did I mention to read the exam instructions carefully? I didn’t and ended up needing to rush at the end, leaving some of my answers unfinished. This sent me down a spiral of anxiety and regret afterward, thinking that I might’ve failed because I didn’t read the exam instructions carefully.

It was good, sat down with the project manager and the vendor manager to discuss my fit. Somewhat casual, but asked a lot of detailed questions about my experience. I only did 2 rounds because they needed the fill the role immediately.
