I was interviewed by a panel of 6 women. They all asked me varioud questions about my current and previous experience. One lady was really stern, but i didn't get caught off guard by it. Overall I thought the interview went good. But i didnt get the job. This was my second interview with wellstar. I don't know why it's so hard to get hired by them!

Phone screening followed by an in-person interview. The whole process took about 2-3 weeks. The phone interview involved answering a few questions, while the in-person interview took about half an hour and was more intensive. Everyone was very friendly!

I waited in the waiting room for about 5-10 minutes and then was brought back to the manager's office. She went over my resume and asked me typical interview questions.

First step was a phone screen and then you were invited for a interview via webex. Interview consisted of “Tell me when” and why are you interested in the position. If hired, you would pick a day to come in and have a tour of the office.
