Went through a recruiter but was still required to fill out an online application on WellStar's website. You can upload your resume for the application to parse it but it does a poor job of parsing it in the right chronological order. The online application makes it very unclear as to some values are not acceptable and some unrequired fields are required. They require 5 references. This is just a precursor to how bad their interview process is. They expect candidates who can know languages as well as the creators of those languages.
