Very lengthy with a lot of background checks. Very professional. It lasted about a week. I had to get a drug test and wait for those results. It helped that I knew someone in a supervisory position at Wellstar and it helps to know an employee so they can vouch for you.
Easy interview they asked simple questions like , tell me about your yourself, why do you want to work for the company, do you know anything about the company, what experience do you have and what pay are you looking for

I was contacted by Jason, a Talent Acquisition Consultant- he was very polite, professoinal, informative, and helpful in setting up my interveiw with Michelle the manager of the department I was interviewing for. The interview went great, I could tell from the beginning that she knew and loved her job, wanted to help make sure all parties involved were a good match for each other, and was extremly polite and professional. I knew WellStar and Michelle was who I wanted to work for! After I was offered the position, Jason stayed in contact, and went above and beyound to get all things squared away for me to make the deadline to be in the very next next round of employee orientation.

I applied for the position online and received a call back the next day to schedule the interview. It was virtual and there were 3 Wellstar employees on the call. The interview took about 30 mins.
