Simple and straightforward. Two interviews one with the head of the department and one with the team itself. Both interviews we simple and had a great time with the teams, got an offer after a week.

How do you go about analyzing what we should build next
Worst interview process ever.
Took around 3 months and I constantly had to chase the recruiter.
Ended up getting a verbal offer, had the night to think about it and was told the day after there was now a freeze on the role.
Really think I dodged a bullet with that one.

Multiple phone calls with different departments then a final zoom interview where they ask general questions about your experience and interests. After 3 rounds of interviews, I got an offer over the phone
