Test the knowledge of the company, the industry, motivations, detailed financial knowledge mostly related to accounting. There were four one one one interviews each tackling one of the above topics including a better understanding of who I am as an indvidual. There was also a skills test that I had an hour to complete a risk assesment and recommendation which I would later present in one of the interviews

Initial screening interview with the HR Recruiter, basic questions on employment history, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Second round of interviews with direct hiring manager and another manager from a separate team. Third and final interview with senior leadership.

The team was very professional. Human Resources was organized and cognizant of my schedule. The interviews were focused and included questions both technical and behavioral. The entire experience was very positive and left a good impression.
