They take a LONG time to get back to you. Two weeks to schedule an initial interview. Another two weeks to hear about how that interview went. First interview was considerably longer than most first interviews are Apparently the MANDATE all resumes include 10 years of experience! Nowhere in the job posting does it say to include that. I’m 27 and applied for an entry level job. Why do you need to know that I worked at Target in highschool? Why is that relevant? Why would you get upset that I didn’t include that in my resume? Outside of that, the lady I spoke with was nice.
