The communication for my employment was wonderful. I received a call back in the same day as my first interview for a second interview.The Second interview was quickly administered, and I was hired within 2 days.

This business is geared more towards the clients, but the technical part of the job was very organized. Mostly through computers daily business was completed.
Phone screening by hiring manager, then virtual interview with hiring manager and two others. They asked a series of questions with scenarios and regarding knowlege of how to handle certain situations.

How would I handle two residents who are fighting over the TV remote?
Taking COVID precautions, and friendly process. Interviewer was a very kind woman, and described the position, and process of next steps which I appreciated. I have heard really good things about this company.
