I had multiple step with the lead and over all manager onsight. They take you through the facility and ask you general questions that a typical hiring manager would ask. The lead pharmacy tech allows you to see how they run things and depending on the role will introduce you to a particular person in that task.

There was not an interview. I was hired through a pharmacyTemp agency. I worked for WellDyne as a temporary pharmacy technician for 6 months and then they decided to hire me.
