My interview experience with this company was extremely disappointing. They contacted me and asked me to complete a case study that required roughly two full working days. The task focused directly on solving real problems they are currently facing, which felt more like providing free consulting than participating in a hiring process. After submitting the case study, I had to follow up several times just to receive feedback. When they finally responded, they said the work was excellent and had no issues. After that, they went completely silent. They never provided a proper rejection or any clear communication about next steps. To make matters more concerning, the role itself kept changing on LinkedIn, and it appears they never actually filled the position. Be cautious about agreeing to complete case studies for this company. Based on my experience, they may be using candidates to obtain free strategic work rather than genuinely hiring.
