You have to do the pointless take-home assessments and the online quiz and then do the interview. Then do another round of interviews. If you pass then you get an offer.
I had to submit an online application before being invited to carry out an online test (similar to LSAT logic exercises) and practical tasks. The tasks themselves revolved around editing skills but dealt with financial documents.

Interview with one current Paralegal and 3 associates. Also, a task to complete prior to the interview (LSAT-like). Each interview was around an hour long and all of them were via Zoom.
