The process took 2+ months. They first came to my university for a company presentation then I was contacted for an interview. The day of the interview consisted of a tour of the company campus, a presentation of their programs, and a group interview. The interview was very relaxed. They just want to get to know you and see if you would be a good fit for the company.

Took a long time to get the interview. Professional interview. Panel including human resources, engineering. Seemed very organized. Plant tour was impressive. Had not heard of the Weir Group before the interview. Interviewers seemed to know what they were talking about and what they were looking for.
