Stressful, long process. First, phone interview with the recruiter. Then prep for the second/final Skype interview - which includes homework (that actually takes a while), prepping for a mock call and overall general interview questions. Don't bother prepping too much - I spent honestly 10 hours preparing for this interview and it was not worth my time. My Skype interview was with two managers, one was a regional sales manager & the other was with someone in the sales dev. department. Definitely played the good cop/bad cop scenario. The sales dev. employee was somewhat condescending in the way she would ask her questions, which made me feel as if this is a "mean girl" type scenario. Overall, tough interview, glad that I went through the process, and best of luck to anyone trying for this remote position!
