We do as standard follow up with all interview candidates, but I have to be honest and say we get a lot of applicants and of course we are only human and we can miss replying to people. After this feedback we have reviewed our processes and we are tightening up the responses at all stages - so we really appreciate the feedback and we will do better at this from now.
