Interview Process is Very Good. But they want candidate who can join in very low budget.
Mostly they work on launching of new websites.
I think they are conducting interview only for publicity.

5) How many types of Join in sql and describe all those.
6) Write Restful Webservice code for fetching all the employee details.
Interview process is moderate.
