Very good process. Makes a lot of sense. I had to do something practical and to actually use what I knew in a constructive way. No brain teasers and open ended questions. Down to earth questions about technologies, programming languages and programming in general. But probably hard for the average programmer. I knew those things extremely well otherwise it's quite some work to set up a working website in 3 hours.
