I met with a hiring representative for an on-campus interview. A month later I was contacted to continue with the interview process, and I spoke with an Art Director and Creative Director via Skype. No trick questions - they were interested in my process and asked me questions about my portfolio, and were conversational and polite.

It was a 3 stage interview all taking place over teams. One with HR then with the hiring manager and then with the wider team discussing a task that was set.
I was then ghosted and not given any feedback despite spending 8 hours on a task

Entrevista
I skipped the screening process for some reason and had just 1 interview with 4 people. It was pretty laid back, but no one explained exactly what you'll be doing. So make sure to clarify what your job exactly entails before you accept the offer. No questions were asked about the company, or why you want to intern here etc. The people interviewing are nice though, so be yourself.
