After applying online I heard back from the recruiter and we had a quick phone interview. This was followed by a phone interview with the Associate Creative Director. The last interview was with the Group Creative Director. This interview went well, however after a couple of weeks with no response I followed up. My follow up was ignored.

Applied via Glassdoor. Received email request same-day for an interview. Interview was three days later. Interview was in three back-to-back rounds, meeting with a creative director, design and copywriter; executive creative director; designer. The interview felt comfortable.
