I had a great experience while interviewing at Webdam. I was welcomed warmly by a very friendly person at the front desk and offered refreshments. The interviews were organized and coordinated well both times that I went onsite. I interviewed with six people, including the General Manager, VP of Product, Tech Support Manager, Director of Professional Services, Sr. Director of Alliances and Channels, and Director of Customer Success. During the interviews I learned a lot about the company, products, challenges, things they wanted to see from the new Director, etc. The interviews were mostly conversational and I was able to get a good sense of the culture and vibe in the company and left knowing that I would like being part of the team.
