An online application and then an invitation to attend the Design Jam. The design jam was a whole days activities, in which a group of 8 of us attended and partook in a group activity. The day was very well led and the activities were challenging, although the staff were easy-going. The other attendees weren't competitive and the atmosphere of the day was a very comfortable one.
