It was a two stage interview process as an intern (which now that I'm hiring I might think was a bit much!) including preparation of a short report into "the future of play in branding". The interviews felt rigorous and competitive - talking to more senior people as you progressed. However, it was good experience and put me in good stead to be part of the team.
