I was really impressed with the Bank and the quality of people that work there during the interview process, which can be broken down as follows:
1) Group interview the 3 VPs
2) Group interview with 1 VP, and 1 senior leader
3) Aptitude/Personality tests
HR was responsive and a great resource along the process.

There were two rounds of interviews. First round was with 2 of the VPs in the department and the second was with the SVP and one additional VP. For each round HR sent a link to select multiple blocks of time that would work for me.

My interviews were held virtually. Easy scheduling through email, with options for times that fit my schedule. Questions were specifically geared to the job and its responsibilities, giving a great overview of the position and helping to gauge interest and fit.
