Entrevista
Online application form, numerical/verbal tests, followed by a 2-day assessment centre and a formal dinner with the CEO and Private Banking Executives. The process is relatively slow and takes around 6 weeks from start to finish. It was poorly organised with no introductions to the bank or its people and no time for 1:1 interviews. Weatherbys says it is a relationship-driven-business but is not an inclusive or diverse organisation
