(1) 30-Minute Recruiter Call - they were very interested why I was interested in Wealthfront specifically, if I used it, how familiar I was with the product (2) 45-Minute Hiring Manager Call - describe a time you disagreed with your manager - the experience I have with being on-call (3) 1-Hour Live Coderpad Exercise in React - no behavioral questions - code out percentage (interest rate) validator with an input field - make sure to leave time for questions at the end

Entrevista
Phone Screen with recruiter followed by a coding round with engineer, very basic java code. After clearing those I was called for a virtual onsite. Recruiter, VP, and Engineering manager constantly asked me how long will I take to accept the offer, which was kind of strange and I told them I am prepared for the interview and I haven't received an offer so I will look at everything and respond to it. It was very weird and then 2 days later they said they have filled the position. Complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I was really passionate about joining wealthfront but I guess I will never recommend it anymore
I had an horrible interview experience with them. They should learn to value others' time.
TL;DR - They ask you to leave if you don't clear first round onsite. Don't take a full day PTO.
Scheduling the interview was easy and the technical phone screen was a breeze.
They told me to expect 4 rounds of interview.
The first round was an analytical module. I had to program on a laptop provided by them while an engineer took notes on how I was programming. It was a medium question. I solved the question for a few test cases, not all.
Everything went well so far. Then, the manager Rohan walked in and told me I did not clear the analytical module. So, I had to leave immediately. That was very disrespectful. I wish they had informed me that this was their process beforehand. I would not have taken a full day PTO and travelled so far on Caltrain to take the interview. I would be wary of such companies which do not respect other people's time.
