Entrevista
First, a Google hangout interview with the Recruiter. That went well and right away they scheduled an interview in Los Angeles for me. Drove to LA for the interview and the manager there was very nice and asked good questions. They asked me to interview for the 3rd time in LA so I drove there anything and could tell that that interview wasn't going so well. The person interviewing me was nice, but he just did not seem interested in anything I had to say. I have a lot of experience, but they act like what they do is so different. What they do is sell office space it is truly as simple as that. I found it was a blessing I did not receive an offer since I have a child at home and it sounds like this job and company does not offer work/life balance. They told me pretty much in the interview that don't expect a 9-6 or 8-5 kinda job. This is a great job opportunity if you are straight out of college and still love to party.
Very professional and relevant to the job. Respect my time. Had one interview. Got the answers fast. Kept in touch though the entire process. Explained the role as needed and answered all
My questions.
Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
