Entrevista
I had about 6-7 interviews after being told it would be 3. Without prior discussion, they switched the location I was interviewing at half way through and still did not hire me at the end of it all. I applied and interviewed at Santa Monica then was switched to Pasadena. Livid isn't even the word. Pasadena is an hour away from me I showed up early to an empty front desk and a late start on the interview because there were no staff on the floor. The fact that I showed this flexibility and patience and still was not hired is frustrating. And the cherry on top was them shrugging their shoulders and telling me that I was a strong candidate but had no real reason as to why I was not hired. The only way I was even able to get an interview was by having TWO former employees refer me through their internal system. Still, I have applied after the entire ordeal and have had applications rejected within a day or even less in some cases. AND their recruiter ignores emails. Most recently, they rejected my application in less than 24 hours and the position is still empty a month later. Its crazy how much emphasis they put on having a good attitude etc for the position when the locations I have visited have mediocre staff at best with attitudes and bland personalities. I won't be reapplying or renewing any sort of membership at WeWork. They clearly value connections more than actual experience or your interview. It's a waste of time, you're better off at one of their competitors like Regus or Spaces.

entrevista online com recrutadora bem direta, tranquila e dinâmica. vaga com salário abaixo do mercado, mas boa oportunidade de crescimento dentro da empresa. processo um pouco longo... 4 etapas no total
Four rounds of interviews with one in person building visit. One interview, zoom interview, in person visit w/ interview, final interview over zoom. It's a long and arduous process that didn't really sit well with me, but they do like to be thorough about who they're hiring based on first impressions. It's a lot of in person, customer service stuff with face to face interactions so it makes sense. Still, four rounds is kind of crazy.
