Quick interview. Got a mini test a few days before. The interviewer was nice and cool. They gave a quite nice outlook about the job but not so much about the company, not sure why at that time. Got the job offer on the spot afterward since they seemed to need someone to work in the position instantly.

there will be two rounds, one with the department manager, one for culture round to see if we are a fit with the company culture. The manager round I had it 1:1, the culture round is usually by another HOD, not the department you are interviewing for.

Senti que o processo foi demorado e muitas vezes não foi explicado exatamente quais seriam os próximos passos. Para receber um feedback ao final do processo, esperei mais de um mês, sendo que haviam me informado que a resposta seria dada na semana seguinte.
