Met with an HR and a community manager on two different days, the community manager didn't hire me so the HR person suggested I met with an executive level an make an impression. I returned and met 2 guys by the time I got home, I received a VM saying I got an offer to begin immediately. They sent me paperwork same day, and began working in two days. It was definitely an interesting and unusual onboarding process. I didn't stay long because everything in the news and worse more was true.

If you're had to fill a car with large balls, how can you determine how much balls you need?
Four rounds of very detailed and intense interviews over three weeks. First round, phone, second round with the supervisor, third round tour and interview with another supervisor, and fourth round with the regional director- all with your typical interview questions.

Took me to multiple locations and keep stringing me along for multiple rounds of interviews. I was even overqualified for the position and they would not get back to me even after following up.

Entrevista
It was a social interview which was fun. We rotated between 5 or 6 people. Very casual conversation and open. I was happy with how friendly the staff was and how smoothly the interview process was.
