Was referred to a WeWork employee for a new branch. Interviews were scheduled quickly. WeWork sells itself as a great 'experience'. However if you really find out & ask what the CM positions are, than it will be clear that building management is PRIO and events/ marketing / networking secondary. Must feel that building management is the way to proceed your career. Wasn't mine (MSc degree, 5 yr working experience,no international ambitions anymore). Also felt that the procedure was really rushed, like 'fill the branches and positions asap' not really about the person. They would have hired me without ever meeting me kind a thing as I passed multiple rounds and a plain ticket was not necessary. Tells you al lot..

Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
