The process involved 6 or 7 interview. It was a very long process that I completed after 8 months. HR is not the best to follow up and the recruitment drags for way too long. However the panel of interview is usually build with very interesting people, with great experience to share. They are from the same background, but also followed by cross function interview, and then another country GM that will test your fit within the company culture. Even if it was long, it was fairly enjoyable.
