Initial phone conversation with the recruiter was brief, informative and enjoyable. I didn’t hear back about next steps for about 2.5 weeks. The recruiter then sent a broken link to a quiz on lease language. It took 10 days for them to resend a working link. The quiz was either designed to purposefully trick interviewees, or it was written by someone who hasn’t worked extensively with leases. Never heard back regarding confirmation of quiz completion, quiz results, or next steps. With this experience in mind, as well as the recent major management and staffing shakeups, I decided not to pursue further.
