Long and honestly didn’t make much sense.
Video interview: simple and basic
2nd interview with the Director and their manager: decent
3rd interview shadowing: interesting but honestly didn’t leave me secured about what their actual jobs were.
4th interview: honestly disappointing. Bland and boring, he didn’t even walk me to the door and left the room before I did.
Literally hiring children to run this company rather than people with experience and competence.

Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
